- We guarantee legitimate business prospects, not conversion rates
7.2 Cold Email Compliance
- All campaigns comply with applicable anti-spam laws
- Prospects can opt-out of future communications
- We maintain suppression lists across all campaigns
- Email content and targeting must comply with our policies

- Leads are for your business use only – no reselling

13.2 Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN US AND YOU. OUR SERVICES WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS.
